Delete your Corsair King account and data

If the app is accessible, open Menu → Account & Privacy → Delete account → Delete account. Confirmed deletion is permanent and leaves the current match.

If you uninstalled or cannot access the app, use Request deletion by email above. You do not need to reinstall to submit an external request. Your nickname and approximate last-play time are optional hints; a nickname alone cannot authorize deletion of someone else’s account.

Deletion covers the account, nickname, sessions and linked authentication/request/ownership records. Shared game state needed by other players may retain the seat under Deleted player. A room is removed when all human players have departed.

An in-app request takes effect in the operational database when the server confirms success. We verify ownership for email requests, explain any minimum additional checks and available scope, and report completion. Guests have no linked recovery email/password, which can limit identification.

Manual recovery backups may contain earlier data and currently have no configured automatic expiry or automatic deletion-state restoration procedure. Contact privacy support about backup requests and remaining scope. See Privacy Policy for retention details.

Do not email tokens, passwords, private keys, full device backups or identity documents. This outside-app request route does not replace direct in-app deletion.
